I have quite a few Birthdays coming up.....so I better get busy making cards.   This is "Cynthia on Birthday Cake" by Stamping Boutique.   I love the frosting......yummy.  

 Colored with Copics,  Stickles on wings, icing made from liquid applique with stickles over.  Stamp and label punch from StampinUp.

    did u use puff paint for the frosting? that's usually what I use... easy peasy. super fabulous card. I can't wait for spring to get here!
