I stamped the background with Hero Arts, "Friend" Used the Resist Emboss technique and used Tim Holtz Broken China and Distressed with his Grapevine. I then stamped the flower image and embossed with white. I love how this card turned out. Ribbon is from Maya Road. all else, stash.

I can't believe I made a Christmas card, but I LOVE this penguin and couldn't wait to color him. Better yet, this card was made with everything from my stash of scraps, believe me it didn't even put a dent in my piles, but it was fun digging thru oldies but goodies to make this.

Colored with copics, liquid applique on the fur. LOTS of stickles on the flower and snow buttons. I paper pierced the black paper, Hard to see in the photo but a cool embellishment for this card. Twine is licorice and the DP is by Theresa Collins, (Last year's Christmas line). Sentiment is a stamp from Hero Arts.

Well I was going to clean my scrapbook room but then I found this cool stamp that I bought the other day and Anna Belle Stamps has a challenge with my FAVORITE Colors!! Naturally no cleaning got done.

I really like vintage and this Hero Arts stamp spoke to me when I saw it. My DP is from Echo Park, Your's Truly.
I made my flower with the Tim Holtz Tattered Flower die, layered some Prima flowers and centered it with a Maya Road flower. The flourishes in back are cut from Memory Box, Simple Flourish. I love how this turned out.

Hugs and Kisses

I love Valentines Day! I think its a great day to let family and friends know how much I care about them. (I also love the color red and the heart shape) I was also lucky enough to get married on this day, (Corny I know but my husband never forgets our anniversary!)

Anyway, I went Scrapbooking yesterday, didn't get many photos done but I made this AWESOME Valentines Day card, I think my Mom will get this one since she loves roses.

Core Dimensions cards stock, embossed with Swiss Dots, for my Sentiment I used my new XO stamp and embossed with Shimmer Powder, (Hard to see in the picture but very shimmery) X was cut with Quickuts and the rose was made with my McGill Flower punch and then I used stickles on the edges. The edges was cut with the new Fiskars Heart Punch.
