Our weather in Chicago has finally settled into Winter.  We went from 68 degrees  to 36 degrees  in less then 8 hours and had our first dusting of snow.

I'm not a fan of winter but I do love the holidays, and with Thanksgiving a week away.....that means that Christmas is right around the corner.

This is such a sweet Christmas angel from, "Aurora Wings"  its called "Star Angel"   I know of the perfect little girl who will be getting this card.

Come join The Holly Jolly Challenge: add Ribbon/Lace, you still have time to create some beautiful Christmas treasures.

Colored with Copics,  MFT oval and stitched rectangle dies to create top layer of card.  I heat embossed stars from SSS with their  rainbow sparkle embossing powder.  I love the tone on tone look with the iridescent sparkle.

Challenges:

A Gem of a Challenge: Ribbon/Bling
Alphabet Challenge: S is for stars
Little Red Wagon: Emboss

  1. this card is darling! i love the background!

i love the STAMPS OF LIFE stamps. i also belong to the basic STAMPLORATIONS club (more stamps i like) and then PAPER PUMPKIN. so i'm good. like i need more stamps??? my resolution is to... wait for it... reorganize and get rid of way too many stamps that i rarely use. my PROBLEM is that, i get rid of it... i'll need or want it. geeze! still setting up my ETSY. it's harder work than i thought, but i'll give it a chance. maybe my digis will sell. oh well.

wishing you and yours a very blessed thanksgiving! guess we'll have to meet up face-to-face in the spring!!! love u anyway!

    hugs, my friend!
