My daughter just competed at Synchro skating Mids in Minnesota.  The Fighting Illini Alumni came in second and took home a well deserved silver medal.

Each year I make her a special card to wish her good luck.  This image is by ArtbyMiran,  I was so lucky to win this image from a challenge that I entered.

Colored with copics, DP by BoBunny,  Snowflakes were cut from Tim Holtz thinlets, and from Stampin Up Dazzle paper, gems are also from SU.

Challenges:
Glitter and Sparkle: Anything Goes
Robyn's Fetish: Anything Goes
One stitch at a Time: Use Purple (http://onestitchatatimechallenge.blogspot.com)
That Craft Place: Anything Goes
Sister Act: Anything Goes
Digitally Sweet: Anything Goes
Simon Says: Anything Goes

  5. this is fabulous and you're such a good mom!

yeah. dekalb was NEVER good on cleaning the streets. i hate to see what potholes we're gonna have once this stuff melts. our complex puts a bandaid on it.... every time.

and now chicago is gonna fine people $74 a day if their walkway isn't shoveled. what pricks! what if (1) they're old and can't get out and do it; (2) they have lousy neighbors; (3) they have no family or no family nearby AND (4) they CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY ANYONE? this pisses me off.

hang in there. we'll be out of this crap in about 6 wks. have a drink!
