I absolutely love this image, Lady in the Hat by Sandi at Outlawz.  I love how this card came together so easy.  (Usually for me that never happens)

 Colored with Copics,  Ribbon is from Stampin Up,  I just bought it and could not wait to use it.  DP is by Basic Grey  Figgy Pudding and Fruit Cake.
