This weekend my daughter was iceskating up in Michigan. Her team literally fell apart and they came in last place. Needless to say their coach lost it and the team left the icerink in tears! Its funny, no matter how old your kids are you want to take the pain away from them. I've NEVER EVER seen her cry over her performance. She has won gold, silver, bronze and many times finished last. But she loves the sport and after each competition she states, "I had fun. I honestly will NEVER understand coaches and how they can be so degrading at times...
Anyway I made this card for her to cheer her up and let her know that we still love her and think that U of I is an AWESOME iceskating team!!!!
