This beautiful digi is "Leap of Faith" by Deedee. (See badge to right) I created this card for a baby shower for one of my co-workers. Shes had a difficult pregnancy so I thought this sediment was perfect for the arrival of her daughter. Colored with copics, I used my Soufle pen to add the raised dots on the balloon. Papers were embossed with Cuttlebug Circle folder. All else from my stash. The bow is from Joylees. The sketch is from Teddy Stampers, challenge blog.

This is truly a "recycled card" The image is lucky Bird by Designed2Delight, its part of Faiths progressive challenge. The DP is recycled from a scrapbook layout that my daughter tore apart when she found paper that she liked better. My ribbon has merry christmas on the shiney side but since the ribbon is so old and never used I flipped it, it matches the card perfectly. The button is from an old sweater that my mom had. The handmade flower is from a make and take from Archivers. Colored with Copics and I used diamond glaze to make the rain boots!

Wow I actually made an Easel card! I love the Easel look but always thought they were difficult. They are beautiful and SO EASY!!!! I got the directions from Split Coast Stampers. This beautiful sketch is from the Basic Grey Challenge and the lovely digi is from Deedee's Digis, "Friends are Flowers". I colored the digi with Copics, used Tim Holtz Pumic ink for my distressing. My DP is from Basic Grey, Stella Ruby and Buttercup from Oh Baby. The lace, bling and metal heart are from stash. The digi was cut and then popped up with pop dots, so was the sentiment.

Simon Says: Recipe, 2 Patterned papers, 3 embellishments

The groundhog may not have seen his shadow, but it would be VERY difficult to tell anyone in Chicago that we will have an early spring. We just had our 3rd worse snowstorm ever, I live in the NW suburbs so I only got 17 inches of snow and only had 4 ft drifts, other areas received 20 inches plus. Now we are having dangerous temperatures below zero, with windchills in the negative teens or twenties.
The positive side is that it is beautiful outside, we all had a family day off, once my sons dug us out they had a blast outside, my husband was riding his snowmobile everywhere since all streets were closed until mid afternoon. I stayed in and scrapbooked all day. But I'm so ready for spring!

This image is perfect for today, For the Birds Snowman is by faith at Designed2Delight, (Badge on right) Colored with my Copics, I used liquid applique for my fur and aded lots of stickles. I made my flower with the new McGill flower punches, so easy and fun. I made some roses also since I was playing today
